The Craw's Bow is seemingly quite rare, but doesn't seem to be exceeding useful. It does insane DPS in the Wilderness, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere in the Wilderness where that is all that valuable. The Twisted Bow's insane DPS in Raids 1/2 is valuable because Raids 1/2 are very profitable.. 855 822 1244

You are right, Skulling boosts the chance of getting any of the Uniques substantially, including the Statuettes, all except for the Ancient crystal, where being unskulled gives a marginally better drop rate - Killing the Goblins for example, you have a drop rate of 1/9,773 unskulled, and then its reduced to 1/10,262 skulled. 7940.
