To get it outside of the wilderness, you’ll need a Craw’s Bow and a Venenatis Fang which you can buy on the GE for 39m. No one legitimately uses Craws bow for PKing, just Wildy PvM + Anti-PKing. If you are PKer who gets worked by a Craws bow, you probably deserve it.
